    1. I'm glad to have so many birds find a home - or, in some cases, a way station - in my garden.

  3. Cute title. It fits. The squirrel in my yard is eating all my Serrano peppers. How can it do that without burning its mouth? I had to cover the plant with one of these bird cage things like you'v got.

    1. My resident squirrels seems to eat most everything, although I'm surprised they go after your peppers. I understand that birds don't have taste buds (which is why they'll eat up my grapes before they're ripe) - maybe squirrels don't either?

  4. What fun pictures! Hummers are such a challenge to photograph.

    1. You're not kidding, Alison! I can usually get pictures of the hummers only when they're seated on the feeder outside the kitchen window. I was thrilled to catch some pictures in the garden but it took time and effort.

  6. Lovely Kris, great captures of the birds who obviously enjoy your garden as much as I do.
