  1. By the title of this post I'm assuming this a single plant, yes? Wow.
I've seen variegated beauty that occasionally revert to their all green form, but not in such a wild way. Apparently, achieving wonderful variegation comes at the expect of blooms.

    1. Yes, it's a Hebe 'Grace Kelly' I planted in July 2015. The foliage was fully variegated for years but I noticed some all green stems a few years ago. Now it's about half and half. Interestingly, the non-variegated green stems seem to be producing more flowers.

  2. Hahaha, your hebe is Jeykll & Hyde!

    1. But which is Jeykll and which is Hyde, Tracy? I really like that variegated foliage but the green stems appear to produce more flowers.

    1. In the early days of its reversion (cure of the virus that caused the variegation?), I thought maybe it'd stop if I cut out the solid green stems. That's not going to happen it seems ;)

  4. Wow, that is fascinating! And beautiful in both its forms! Great photo documenting the "split personality," too.
