Although it got through last year's heavy rains (4X the amount we've received thus far this year), a few of those leaves raise concerns about rot.Kris Petersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07097260283693156795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8574540292918761182.post-60854789835323462052020-01-27T08:58:13.407-08:002020-01-27T08:58:13.407-08:00You've got a great collection and they're ...You've got a great collection and they're all looking fabulous. The list of plants I can't grow here is long. I've kept a spreadsheet for years listing the plants I purchase, where I got them, when I planted them, etc. but the more often I photograph them or use them in a vase, the better I remember them without my crib sheet!Kris Petersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07097260283693156795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8574540292918761182.post-35235161583982461452020-01-26T12:32:41.132-08:002020-01-26T12:32:41.132-08:00I like the pink ones the best, but I guess that sh...I like the pink ones the best, but I guess that shouldn't be a surprise since I like pink flowers.<br />Is there any plant you don't have Kris? As SoCal isn't generally known for its garden-focused population in the sense that the UK and the American PNW are, perhaps our garden centers are more wary about ordering "new" plants, preferring to stick with the more familiar types that don't require much of an introduction. Succulents in general didn't become a big deal here until the drought hit with a vengeance (i.e. until water restrictions went into effect).Kris Petersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07097260283693156795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8574540292918761182.post-80699441758683993142020-01-24T14:37:19.772-08:002020-01-24T14:37:19.772-08:00Surprised these aren't more available in your ...Surprised these aren't more available in your area. I have almost a dozen (all in pots) obtained locally or from a fairly local Canadian mail order nursery despite the fact they are only hardy on the Pacific Coast. Ironic where some of the newer plant material shows up. You have a nice collection going so far though.luv2gardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09883799040439283011noreply@blogger.com
